With a years of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills to deliver high-quality services that exceed my clients' expectations. I take pride in my work and use only the best products and techniques to ensure that my clients' services are not only beautiful but also healthy and strong. CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card on file is required for booking with me. Deposits are required. Cancellations must be done online with a 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a 100% of service non-compliance cancellation fee. No call / no shows will result in non-compliance & the cancellation fee plus advanced payment of your next appointments services. You agree to these terms any time you book an appointment at Solē with Leonna. No refunds. PERFECTING SESSION: It is recommended you book your 2-3 week touch up in advance. This is not required but HIGHLY recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION. I cannot guarantee you availability. RESCHEDULING: You can only reschedule ONE TIME and at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you no show / no call your rescheduled appointment- the no show / No Call policy applies. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Always come to your lash appointment with clean & make up free lashes. Failure to comply with this policy could result in a reschedule of your appointment & or additional fees will be added to your service.
